Mission

Your mission is to enhance the company's social media influence and user engagement by planning and executing precise content marketing activities, thereby driving business growth and brand promotion.

Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan and implement communication campaigns, including process design, copywriting, and schedule control.
  • Manage content marketing on WeChat, Video Accounts, and Douyin through short videos, live streams, and images. Identify industry trends and user pain points to create engaging topics.
  • Ensure timely content copy delivery as per the marketing plan and collaborate with the communications department for effective social media distribution.
  • Track content data (e.g., plays, interaction, and conversion rates) and optimize content and distribution strategies continuously.
  • Study platform traffic distribution mechanisms and design targeted activities to boost user participation and content metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to align content marketing with business goals.
  • Monitor industry and competitor content strategies. Conduct regular analyses to provide innovative ideas for company content marketing.
  • Be prepared to undertake any new tasks assigned.

  • 负责策划并执行传播活动,包括流程设计、文案打磨及传播节奏把控等。
  • 负责公司微信公众号、视频号、抖音等平台的短视频、直播、图文等内容营销工作;能够挖掘行业热点与用户痛点,策划出具有高传播性和高转化率的选题方向。
  • 根据营销计划,确保内容文案按时输出,并与传播部门紧密合作,在社交媒体上进行内容的有效分发。
  • 跟踪内容数据(如播放量、互动率、转化率等),通过持续测试来优化内容形式和分发策略,以提升内容效果。
  • 研究不同平台的流量分发机制,基于规则制定有针对性的活动,激励用户参与,从而提高内容的相关数据表现。
  • 与跨职能团队建立并维护良好的合作关系,确保内容营销活动与公司整体业务目标保持一致。
  • 关注行业动态和竞争对手内容策略,定期进行竞品分析,为公司内容营销提供创新思路和改进建议。
  • 积极响应并高效完成其他临时任务。

 

To succeed, you will need

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an industrial product - related company.
  • Preferably with experience in industrial marketing.

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Have an eye for graphic design and a solid understanding of digital communication and social media.
  • Possess project management and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate keen market insight and creative thinking to explore new content, channels, and strategies.
  • Have excellent English writing skills.
  • Manage time well to complete multiple tasks and deliver high - quality work on time.
