Your role

As a Culture & Communication Specialist, your mission is to foster an inclusive and engaged workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives. You will report to Senior HR Manager.

You will

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies, including quarterly cascade meetings and monthly townhalls, to ensure transparent and effective information sharing between management and employees.
  • Lead the rollout and analysis of the Group Insight Survey, drive action planning, and monitor progress on employee feedback to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Design and execute employee well-being programs and initiatives to support physical and mental in the workplace.
  • Develop and promote D&I strategies and initiatives to build an inclusive workplace, including training, awareness campaigns, and policy advocacy.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events based on Group Cultural Behaviors to strengthen company culture and employee morale.
  • Coordinate employer brand projects to enhance market influence and increase the attractiveness both internally and externally.
  • Other tasks assigned by direct manager

 

To succeed, you will need

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to employee relations, HRBP, or communication roles.
  • Experience in well-being program design, D&I initiatives, and employee event planning is highly preferred.
  • Industry background in manufacturing or similar sectors is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships across different levels of the organization.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (verbal and written).
