The Role

Major Responsibility:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Data collection from customers and recommendations for subsequent analysis.
  • Figure out the system issue and potential risk, client’s pain points from data analysis.
  • Make and present the data analysis report to show data values, to evoke client needs through communication.
  • Formulate and analyze optimization solutions purpose to land the data values.
  • Communication and visit client to drive value solutions landing to achieve the business win-win situation.
  • Drive and support on developing the standard data analysis platform Smart Service Hub.
  • Technical support for the operation team to keep the received digital projects running well.
  • Support sales team to increase the hit-rate of relevant project and prosper the leads and opportunities as well.
  • Act as a role of knowledge center about products parameters settings, Maintenance and Optimization, etc..
  • Analyze the demand from market, work close with development team to develop new features of DDS.
  • Understand data driven services business, keep insight on the cutting edge of data analysis technology.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by manager.

What we expect of you? 

Education:

  • With at least bachelor’s degree, majored in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Data science, Computer science, etc.  

 

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years comprehensive technical knowledge relevant with the automotive industry;
  • The working experience in multinational company is preferred;
  • The working experience in industrial joining technology or big data analysis is preferred;

 

Competence Requirement:

  • Proficient in database application, like SQL/MySQL etc.;
  • Proficient in at least one data analysis tool, like Power BI, Python etc.
  • Microsoft PC skill (Be good at Power Point and Excel is must);
  • Very deep understanding on the metadata of the Atlas Copco IAS products (ADH/SPR/FDF, etc.) is preferred;
  • With knowledge of automobile production process is preferred;
  • Good data sensitivity, logical thinking and analytical skills, able to extract core results from massive data;
  • Communication and presentation skill;
  • Proficient in business English;
