The Role

Major Responsibility:

  • Figure out the  customer potential requirement, focus and pain points from data analysis;
  • Drive and support headquarter on developing the standard data analysis off-line value report;
  • Data collection from customers and  recommendations for subsequent analysis;
  • Make and present the data analysis value report localization and customization;
  • Technical support for the operation team to keep the received digital projects running well;
  • Support sales team to increase the hit-rate of relevant project and prosper the leads and opportunities as well;
  • Produce relevant technical and training materials for internal and external, be responsible for technical support, problem solving, and etc.;
  • Act as a role of knowledge center about products parameters settings, Maintenance and Optimization, etc.;
  • Precipitation analysis ideas and framework, refine market requirements, work close with development team and promote the implementation of digital products;
  • Understand data driven services business, keep insight on data analysis direction and product;
  • Support to promote Atlas Copco digital service by exhibition, seminar, roadshow or other events;

What we expect of you? 

Education:

  • With at least bachelor’s degree, majored in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Data science, Computer science, etc.  

 

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years comprehensive technical knowledge relevant with the automotive industry;
  • The working experience in multinational company is preferred;
  • The working experience in industrial joining technology or big data analysis is preferred;

 

Competence Requirement:

  • Proficient in database application, like SQL / Oracle etc.;
  • Proficient in at least one data analysis tool, like Power BI, Python etc.
  • Microsoft PC skill (Be good at Power Point and Excel is must);
  • Very deep understanding on the metadata of the Atlas Copco IAS products (ADH/SPR/FDF, etc.) is preferred;
  • With knowledge of automobile production process is preferred;
  • Good data sensitivity, logical thinking and analytical skills, able to extract core results from massive data;
  • Communication and presentation skill;
  • Proficient in English (oral and written);
