Data Processing Engineer

Your role
As a Data Processing Engineer, your mission is to [The purpose of this role is to support the daily automation and digital operations of the Data Processing team and the broader business, continuously improving accuracy and efficiency in order processing. This role will be responsible for the daily maintenance and continuous optimization of existing automation and digital tools, while driving the design and implementation of new tools and solutions, and supporting the rollout of future OA systems and AI initiatives.]. You will
- Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of existing automation programs and reporting systems (including Python scripts, scheduled reporting tasks, automation bots, etc.), promptly addressing any runtime issues to ensure system stability and business continuity.
- Review, document, and standardize SAP order entry processes and existing automation workflows, and support the development and enhancement of automation solutions to ensure clear steps, consistent execution, and ongoing process and system improvement.
- Identify and address efficiency and accuracy issues in SAP order entry processes through data analysis and tool capabilities and drive improvements in overall processing efficiency and data quality.
- Continuously optimize existing automation programs and reporting systems by improving system architecture and logic design, enhancing overall stability, operational efficiency, and maintainability, while reducing manual intervention.
- Support and take the lead in the ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing digital tools and applications; at the same time, drive the development and implementation of new tools or automation solutions in response to evolving business needs. During implementation, coordinate effectively between business teams and IT support resources to facilitate requirement analysis, issue resolution, and successful deployment.
- Support the design and implementation of the OA system, including participation in process design and configuration. After go-live, take responsibility for form configuration, workflow setup, and daily system maintenance to ensure efficient and stable process operation that supports business needs.
- Promote the implementation of business scenarios by leveraging AI and automation technologies (e.g., SAP data entry automation, process optimization). Explore standardized solutions for common scenarios and continuously improve the level of process automation and intelligence.

- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or related fields
- 2–5 years of relevant working experience; experience in automation, reporting development, process optimization, or system support is preferred
- Proficient in Python programming, with strong experience in data processing libraries such as Pandas and hands-on experience in script development
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data querying, with the ability to perform data analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with RPA tools and low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, OA systems) is preferred
- Experience with AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, Dify) or participation in related projects is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to support daily system operations and efficiently handle unexpected issues
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot errors and independently optimize and enhance existing systems, or propose structured improvement solutions
