Your role

As a Distributor/ Marketing Manager, your mission is to strategic planning and business development in the Chinese scientific vacuum market. You will report to Business Line Manager, SVD.

You will

  • Formulate and implement the development strategy for the distributor system in the scientific vacuum industry within the Chinese market, establishing a distributor network that covers key regions. Assume full responsibility for achieving annual distributor performance targets and drive the strategic objective of increasing the channel sales contribution.
  • Establish quantitative distributor evaluation and incentive systems, implement tiered management, optimize channel policies and conflict resolution mechanisms to ensure a healthy and sustainable channel ecosystem
  • Provide product training, technical support, and marketing collaboration to channel partners, enhancing their professional capabilities and business development efficiency
  • Support the advancement of localization initiatives, coordinate production planning and order fulfillment with the Tianjin Factory, and lead the construction and capability transfer of local laboratories. Build a demand-driven supply chain collaboration system to align production capacity with delivery commitments.
  • Develop and execute annual and mid-to-long-term marketing strategies and business plans for scientific vacuum products in the Chinese market.
  • Develop professional sales enablement tools, including product brochures, application guides, white papers, success stories, and competitive analysis materials to empower sales teams and channel partners
  • Plan and organize technical seminars, industry exhibitions, customer events, and other marketing activities to deeply engage target customer segments
  • Define product market positioning, value propositions, and lead brand-building initiatives to enhance the company’s market influence and brand awareness in the scientific vacuum sector
  • Set and track key marketing performance indicators, including market share, sales revenue, and lead conversion rate, regularly evaluate strategy effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement
