Edwards Evolve China – Global Digital Transformation Graduate Programme

Starting in September 2026 at our Shanghai Service Technology Center, as a Global Digital transformation Graduate, you’ll have the power to participate in a structured rotational program that exposes you to various aspects of Digital Transformation, including but not limited to digital innovation & transformation, digital & application development, digital manufacturing engineering and product ownership. You’ll also engage in real-world projects, collaborating closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams. You will support projects that shape the future of the organization and collaborate with global teams to better serve our customers and much more.

You can’t thrive without being:

• A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a current graduate on track to graduate in 2026 (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation, Software Engineering or similar). 
• Globally mobile as you will take part in a 6-month international placement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Authorised to work for any employer in China. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

What to expect next

The next stage of the application process are online tests and video interviews. We will send you an email within a few weeks of your applying to let you know if your application is being progressed. Should you be successful, we will be running the assessment centers in Shanghai in April 2026.
