Edwards Evolve China – Global Digital Operations Graduate Programme
Start your digital operations career with global impact.
Starting in July 2027, the Edwards Evolve China – Global Digital Operations Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational programme designed to accelerate the development of future digital operations talent. Based from our Shanghai Service Technology Center, you will gain meaningful experience across digital manufacturing, operational excellence, industrial digitalisation, data and analytics, business systems, automation and operational technology, while building the skills, confidence and global mindset to grow your career in a truly international organisation.
At Edwards, our technologies support some of the world’s most advanced and fast-moving industries. You will join a business where curiosity, ownership and collaboration are encouraged, where your ideas can help improve how we manufacture, service and deliver for our customers, and where digital innovation can contribute to solutions that help shape a better tomorrow.
Build your career in China. Expand your perspective internationally.
