Starting in September 2026 in Shanghai, as our Global Procurement & Supply Chain Graduate, you’ll have the power to participate in a structured 2-year rotational programme that exposes you to various aspects of Procurement & Supply Chain activities. You’ll also engage in real-world projects, collaborating closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams. You will support projects that shape the future of the organisation and collaborate with global teams to better serve our customers and much more.

You can’t thrive without being:

• A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a current graduate on track to graduate in 2026 e.g. Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation Management, Operations Management, Automation, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Globally mobile as you will take part in a 6-month international placement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chineese.
• Authorised to work for any employer in China. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

What to expect next

The next stage of the application process are online tests and video interviews. We will send you an email within a few weeks of your applying to let you know if your application is being progressed. Should you be successful, we will be running the assessment centers in Shanghai in May 2026.
