Your future job

Edwards Evolve China – Global Procurement & Supply Chain Graduate Programme

Start your procurement and supply chain career with global impact.

Starting in July 2027, the Edwards Evolve China – Global Procurement & Supply Chain Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational programme designed to accelerate the development of future procurement and supply chain talent. Based from our Shanghai office, you will gain meaningful experience across the end-to-end value chain, work on projects that influence how we serve our customers, and build the skills, confidence and global mindset to grow your career in a truly international organisation.

At Edwards, our technologies support some of the world’s most advanced and fast-moving industries. You will join a business where curiosity, ownership and collaboration are encouraged, where your ideas can help us strengthen supplier partnerships, improve planning, solve operational challenges, and contribute to solutions that help shape a better tomorrow.

Build your career in China. Expand your perspective internationally.

This programme is designed for graduates who are excited by mobility, growth and challenge. During your rotations, you will gain broad exposure across our China organisation and may be required to travel or work with teams in different Edwards locations in China, depending on business and development needs. At the beginning of your second year, you will also undertake a six-month international assignment, giving you first-hand experience of living and working in another country, collaborating across cultures, and building a global professional network.

This international experience is a core part of the programme. It will broaden your perspective, strengthen your adaptability, and help you understand how a global organisation connects suppliers, operations, logistics, quality, cost and customer needs across regions.

What you’ll do

  • Take part in a structured two-year rotational programme across core procurement and supply chain specialisms such as supply chain planning, supplier selection, purchase order and delivery management, supplier quality, project management and data management.
  • Work on real projects with responsibility from day one, helping to shape how Edwards plans, sources, manages suppliers and delivers for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in China and with colleagues across our global organisation to identify business challenges, propose solutions and contribute to business strategy.
  • Develop your professional capability through hands-on experience, mentoring, workshops, continuous learning and exposure to experienced procurement and supply chain leaders.
  • Build a strong international network with colleagues, mentors, leaders and fellow graduates.

To succeed, you will need

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or to be in your final year of study and expected to graduate in 2027.
  • Relevant disciplines may include Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation Management, Operations Management, Automation, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • A strong interest in procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations and how global technology businesses serve their customers.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and curiosity to keep learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work effectively in diverse teams.
  • A proactive mindset, strong self-management skills and the ability to take ownership of your development.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Mobility within China, including the flexibility to travel or work across different Edwards locations in China as required by the programme.
  • International mobility, including willingness and readiness to complete a six-month international assignment at the beginning of the second year.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, as English is our global business language.

In return, we offer

  • A structured graduate programme designed to accelerate your growth and prepare you for future procurement, supply chain and operations opportunities.
  • A unique six-month international assignment that will help you build global experience, cross-cultural confidence and an international network.
  • Support from experienced colleagues, mentors and leaders who will help you navigate your development journey.
  • Opportunities to learn continuously, take on new challenges and contribute your ideas.
  • A culture built on trust, accountability, respect, collaboration and innovation.
  • Competitive reward and benefits, including salary and annual bonus.

Job location and mobility

This role will be based in our Shanghai office. Mobility is an important part of the Edwards Evolve experience. You should be open to travel and assignments within China during the programme, and ready to complete a six-month international assignment at the beginning of your second year. The assignment location will be determined based on business needs, development opportunities and programme requirements.

What to expect

The next stage of the application process will include online assessments and video interviews. Successful candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre in Shanghai in November 2026.
