Electrical and Electronic Supply Chain Manager

Your role
As an Electrical and Electronic Supply Chain Manager within the Semiconductor Vacuum department at Edwards, your mission is to strategically lead and optimize our electrical and electronic supply chain to ensure seamless operational performance and customer satisfaction. Reporting within the Divisional leadership team, you will take a hands-on approach to building strong supplier partnerships, managing supply risks, and improving procurement processes.
In this role, you will:
- Drive end-to-end supply chain planning, forecasting, and execution to meet production demands and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, inventory management, and supplier performance.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to supplier reliability, material shortages, and market fluctuations to maintain a resilient supply chain.
- Lead negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to drive value and innovation.
Your expertise will be critical in supporting the growth and success of Edwards’ Semiconductor Vacuum business by ensuring the availability of high-quality electrical and electronic components while optimizing costs and delivery performance.

- You have 5 - 8 years of experience working in supply chain or procurement roles within the electronics or semiconductor sectors.
- Proven ability in managing complex supply chains and supplier relationships effectively.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, negotiations, and contract management.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
