Your role

Provide installation and commissioning service for customers.

• To provide installation and commissioning service to customers when compressor equipment is delivered.
• To provide compressor operation training to customers after commissioning on-site.

Provide maintenance and repair service to customers.

• To perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor/ expander.
• To repair and maintain equipment and deal with service cases on site
• To contact with customers to identify difficult problems and provide total solution.
• To initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.
• To provide reports to Service Supervisors in terms of summarizing technical issues, customer concerns and potential requirements for aftermarket other products.
• Remote support to customers.

Co-ordination with sales, and technical team.

• To interact with sales team to provide efficient after sales service to customers.
• To keep relationship with technical team to give feedback about product’s quality issues on site.
• To find business opportunities during working.
• Other assigned tasks.

To succeed, you will need

• College graduated or above, majored in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
• More than 1 years’ experience in compressor equipments service or related equipments.
• Excellent communication skills and customer oriented.
• Willing to travel.
