Your role

As a Global Business Development Manager, your mission is to drive growth and innovation by identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new sales and marketing opportunities across multiple areas. You will play a role in shaping the future of our business by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth. Your efforts will be instrumental in fostering collaboration across global teams, aligning business objectives, and staying ahead of technology solution trends. You will be part of the [add Business Area] and our [add Division] and report to the Vice President of Marketing.

You will

  • Identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new product development strategies. 
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships. 
  • Prioritize and track investments across new product development initiatives. 
  • Share global best practices and collaborate with colleagues across different departments to drive business success.

To succeed, you will need

  • Experienced in business development, strategic account management, or segment strategy.
  • Experience in Offroad Industry, industrial manufacturing, or high-tech B2B environments
  • Technical background with product and assembly systems
  • Skilled in global collaboration and comfortable working cross borders and cultures
  • Comfortable engaging at technical, business, and executive levels
  • Proven ability to lead distributed teams and drive results in complex environments
  • Knowledge of smart factory technologies, digital quality solutions, aerospace and sustainability trends
  • Commercially savvy with financial acumen and KPI-driven mindset
  • High levels of ownership, persistence, and creativity in problem solving
  • Strong execution capability – translating vision into action across borders and teams
