Responsibilities and objectives:
Support SAP SuccessFactors Key users by providing timely and thoughtful technical and functional support via Service Desk channels, while continuously building your expertise.
Proactively spot opportunities for improvement in system usage and share ideas with the Digital HR Process Expert team to help shape smarter HRIS solutions.
Contribute to automation efforts by initiating new ideas and rollout of automated support processes that improve efficiency and user experience.
Leverage data quality by monitoring and validating employee master data through automated tool.
Collaborate on HR analytics by preparing dashboards and automated reports and enabling self-service capabilities for local HR teams.
Participate in global and regional HRIS projects through data preparation, documentation, system integrations and process automation.
Promote system adoption by participating in training sessions, sharing practical tips, and supporting knowledge-sharing activities across HR teams on global and regional levels.
Keep learning resources up to date by maintaining documentation such as wiki pages and training guides whenever system changes occur.

1–2 years of hands-on experience in HRIS related workExperience with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors or Workday) and Power Automate or similar tools is a plus; Strong command of English (written and spoken); Experience in participating HRIS related projects is an advantage; University degree in Information Systems, HR Management, or a related fieldAnalytical Thinker; Able to dissect complex system issues and design structured, data-driven solutions; Agile Learner: Quickly adapts to evolving platforms and technologies, including AI tools and compliance updates; Reliable Organizer: Manages multiple priorities with precision and maintains clear, up-to-date documentation; Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in HR data, system configurations, and reporting outputs.
Collaborative Communicator: Builds strong relationships across HR, IT, and business teams, translating technical concepts into actionable insight
