HR Specialist
Your role
As a HR Specialist, your mission is to provide employee life cycle operations to support internal customers and achieve customer satisfaction, to ensure legal compliance in operation. You will report to HR Service Delivery and Innovation Manager .
You will
- Be responsible for internal BA’s staffing operations including onboarding, mobility and termination process, make sure the process is aligned with the standard SOP.
- Act as the key contact to conduct effective communication on inquiries and solve problems from BA HR and employees.
- Close interaction with BA HR to identify and analyze customer needs and requirements, responsible to provide related solution.
- Responsible to use HR systems to generate kinds of standard statistics reporting.
- Organize regular service review meeting with responsible internal customers to communicate service indicator, process and pending issues and ensure the follow-up actions.
- Other tasks assigned by managers.

- At least 1-2 years of HR administration experiences, share service background in multinational company will be a plus.
- Good PC knowledge and MS Office skills
- Be familiar with Chinese Labor Law
- Bachelor degree
- Good English skill
- Diligent, careful and pro-active attitude,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to take responsibility, team-work spirit
