Your Role

A high-quality IT infrastructure is a must to stay competitive in an increasingly interconnected world. Atlas Copco´s digital journey continues, to enable us to run business at full speed. We are supporting the complex IT infrastructure environment 250+ sites and 500+ servers in the APAC region, from the New Zealand to India, and Japan to Indonesia, total 15+ countries.

  • Your mission will be as the specialist in one or more of the areas of network management. As such you will assure that, together with our external partners, we deliver these services with the required quality, the promised lead time and the right cost fulfilling the expectations of the stakeholders.

 

Job Description

 

  • Support the network of high complexity in MNC network environment250+ sitesalong with the selected network partners in Asia Pacific.
  • Continuous development and improvement of IT Operations service delivery and support with focus on continuous service lifecycle improvement, efficiency and cost.
  • Continuous focus on customer satisfaction, compliance and standards.
  • You will adhere to the reference architecture and security across the service lifecycle and IT infrastructure components.
  • Implement, manage and develop all aspects of IT operations in your relevant area of expertise.
  • Work with all partners contracted to provide operations support and execution.
  • Assuring a closed loop between solution and service design, service transition and operations.
  • Guarantee the delivery of new services locally, regionally through structured support, development and change management processes in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Work with the Service Desk, Application Managers, IT Managers and other stakeholders using the ITIL methodology for IT Service Management.
  • Team up with your peers at other regions in case of cross functional support is required.
  • Assist Solution team building China Network design to enhance the robustness and resilience of network.

Experience Requirements

 

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as a network engineer in a complex, multi locations network environment, the global MNC experience will be the plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, testing and standardizing networking solutions in a global multinational environment is mandatory. 
  • Good knowledge of the following technologies
    • TCP/IP, OSI model – Good knowledge about TCP/IP and OSI model
    • DNS and DHCP - Good knowledge about DNS/DHCP working mechanism.
    • AAA - Good knowledge about AAA, Cisco ISE is preferred.
    • Hands-on experience on configuration of Cisco access/catalyst switches.
    • Routing and switching - Expertise in HSRP, VRRP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, PAGP, and LACP.   Hands-on experience is required.
    • Wireless- Hands on experience on wireless technology. Cisco products are preferred.
    • SD-WAN – Hands-on experience on SD-WAN technology.
    • Packet capture- Good Knowledge about the packets capture and analysis. Wireshark and Microsoft Network monitor tool are required.
    • Network monitor- Knowledge about SNMP and related monitoring tool
    • Firewall – Good understanding about VPN, policy, and DMZ
    • Azure networking- Basic understanding of Azure cloud networking. Related project/experience is preferred
    • OT Segmentation – Good understanding about the OT Segmentation solutions. Related project/experience is preferred
    • Cisco SDA/DNAC Network implementation and operations experience required.
  • Proven track record of cultural awareness while collaborating with your peers in the other regions.
  • Working knowledge of value and use of Standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e. ITIL, PMI and SDLC).
  • Comfortable with working in a highly matrix global environment
  • Ability to implement standards and operating metrics.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
  • Partner with other service teams and third-party vendors, sometimes in close cooperation with Strategic Sourcing.
  • Team spirit, good interpersonal skills

 

Educational Requirements

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must; second language preferred
  • CCNA is must.
  • CCNP or CCIE is a plus
