Legal Counsel

Your role

As a Legal Counsel, You will report to [General Counsel Greater China ].

Job Description/Mission岗位描述/职责

- To provide day to day general legal support and advisory service (on contracts, HR, IP, etc) to Business Areas in China;
为中国区各大业务线提供日常法律事务（如合同、人事和知识产权等法律方面）的支持和咨询；
- To handle legal research and provide updates on legislation developments;
进行法律调研并就立法动向进行追踪和分析；
- To Provide training to internal staff on relevant regulatory/compliance requirements;
为内部员工提供法律要求和内部合规方面的培训；
- To identify and address risks and issues associated with operations in China;
对中国区业务运作中发现的问题和风险给出提示和解决方案；
- Subject to Legal Head's approval, select, appoint and manage external law firm and agency firm.
基于总法律顾问的批准，选择任用外部律师事务所和咨询代理机构并对其进行管理

Experience Requirements工作经验要求

- 5+ years of working experience with track record experience in companies or law firms;
超过五年在公司或律师事务所得工作经验
- Good drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, and must be willing to participate in a team oriented, consensus-building environment;
良好的文本起草、谈判和沟通技巧，并愿意和团队协同一致的工作
- Able to work independently and under pressure, knowing when to turn for help from Head of Legal and other colleagues;
能独立并在有压力的情况下完成工作，并知道在必要的时候向总法律顾问和其他同事寻求帮助
- Must be willing to accept moderate to substantial travel within China and occasional travel elsewhere commensurate with responsibilities within a multinational corporation.
在职责范围内愿意承担在中国国内一定频度的出差

Knowledge/Educational Requirements 教育背景要求

- permitted to be the attorney in P.R.China;
拥有中国律师资格
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
能熟练运用Office, Excel和Powerpoint的办公软件
- Effective communication in both the English and Chinese language with an emphasis on high standards of Chinese language proficiency.
能够运用中英文进行交流，具有良好的中文文字功底
