The Role
Job Description
- Data Analysis & Automated Reporting: Collect, process, and analyze business data (e.g., sales performance, market trends, lead generation metrics) to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators for marketing and sales teams
- Process Automation & Workflow Management: Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows for lead generating, qualification, and dispatching to improve efficiency and lead conversion rates. Continuously monitor and refine these processes to ensure alignment with business goals
- Business Support: Execute and support necessary external procurement processes to streamline business practice. Manage daily operational tasks to facilitate seamless collaboration between sales and marketing teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and supporting function teams to address data queries, generate ad-hoc analyses, and ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools)

What we expect of you?
Experience Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Degrees in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Management are advantageous due to the industrial context desired.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years in data analysis, marketing operations, or a similar role, preferably in B2B, industrial machinery, or related sectors. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Cloud for Customer) and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python) and experience in automating reports/dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, VBA) for data manipulation and visualization
- Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow software) and data management principles (e.g., data cleansing, governance)
- Language: Good command of English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication in a multinational environmen
