Mechanical Engineer

Your role

• During order handling of compressor and expansion turbine applications, work as engineering contact with customer.
• Detail engineering including, Issuing technical specifications of component, technical evaluation of quotations, release drawing and bill of material.
• Work on technical solution to achieve cost target for components.
• Support application, sales and sourcing and production team for technical solution.
• Provide technical support for erection and commissioning when needed.
• Participate at customer meeting and give technical support to the project manager.
• Other tasks assigned.

To succeed, you will need

• University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• More than 3 years’ experience within a multinational or exporting machinery company in package design, order handling, project management.
• Technical knowledge about design, packaging, quality, and operation procedures of tailor-made machines, ideally about integrally geared centrifugal compressor. Sounded knowledge in thermodynamics and aerodynamics are strongly preferred.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft skills,
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Willing to travel.
