You will report to Regional General Manager North-East Asia.

You will

  • To drive talent management together with the GM and the mgt team. You will identify talent needs. You should navigate through the constant changing skills landscape and effectively design talent and skill-based strategies to meet the Region’s needs.

  • To modernize talent acquisition, drive talent identification and talent development to reach the full potential in all our employees. Implements recruiting strategies, including candidate sourcing, target selection, offering and new employee integration process locally.

  • To nurture and amplify our culture of Ren-talents reward, diversity & inclusion, Insight Survey, belonging & engagement in NEA region and create a context for life- long learning and promote every day and continuous learning in order to offer our people the gift of staying relevant to enhance employee experience.

  • To safeguard, accelerate and refine our culture of people centric leadership regionally and “new best ways”. Implement performance management and Compensation & Benefit strategy.  Ensures that managers and employees complete annual appraisal and development plans on HR-link.

  • Ensures BCOP/The way we do things is observed and followed by all employees. Responsible for managing employee grievances and disciplinary process. Ensure effective communication of company strategy, policy, procedures and regulations to all employees.

  • Coordinate closely with local HR in Korea, Japan, Taiwan and China holding HR to nurture an energetic NEA team together. To be part of the Specialty Rental HR Community and contribute in new thinking, new processes and approaches to ensure the Specialty Rental Division stays relevant and meets the needs of our current and future employees.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR working experience in MNC, with at least 2 years as HR Business Partner.
  • University degree, major in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Management preferred        
           

Skills & Competencies:

  • Possess high level of integrity, open minded, self-motivated, proactive
  • Possess good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts, team player
  • In-depth knowledge of Chinese regulations and Labor Law
  • Good command of English
  • Good PC knowledge and MS Office skills
