Onsite Service Technician

Mission:

To maximize the customer satisfaction on service quality and capability with providing professional onsite service and professional consultancy while promote service products to generate service NIS.

Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work independently for service work of Atlas Copco products;
• Clearly understand service contract scope and KPI;
• Strong implementation based on service contract requirement;
• KPI data collection;
• Finish service documents according as Atlas Copco or customer’s standard
• Implement onsite workshop management requirement
• Collect or provide lean suggestion;
• Implement the ISO internal or external audit requirement
• Keep good relationship with customer;
• Collect customer request and feedback to sales or manager;
• Provide Atlas Copco tool operation training to customer;
• Customer quality issue claim and follow up to close;
• Raise red flags when there is business and technical risk;
• Follow strictly on Safety, Healthy, Environment, Quality policy from both Atlas Copco and Customer
• Assist group team leader’s work about service contract
• Other requirements from manager;

To succeed, you will need

Education

• Graduate from technical school or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering or above

Experience

• At least 1+ years experiences in aftermarket service of industry product

Knowledge

• Mechanical, electronic and electrical knowledge
• PLC, Fieldbus and Ethernet knowledge are considered as the advantages

Skill

• Good PC and MS Office skill
• Good communication skill

Language

• Basic English knowledge

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Shanghai, China (CN).
