Your Role

Some key ingredients to success are;

  • Develop and execute a business plan that ensures a healthy market contribution (MACO), thereby positively impacting the division's target operational profit (OPR).
  • Grow the Core Business: Grow the number of service contracts and promote lubricants and preventive maintenance kits with the goal to service every machine in the market.
  • Proactive Installed base Management:  Define and implement the best channel to market strategy, incorporating both direct and indirect business approaches to ensure proactive engagement with end customers.
  • Dealer Segmentation and Management:
    • Clear Segmentation: Define clear segmentation of dealers based on performance, market potential, and strategic importance.
    • Set Targets and Expectations: Establish clear targets and expectations for each dealer segment.
    • Regular Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with dealers to monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure proactive reach to end users.
  • Organization Rebuild:
    • Dedicated Sales Team: Develop a dedicated sales team focused on driving sales activities and achieving growth targets.
    • Operations Team: Establish an operations team dedicated to providing exceptional service and technical support to customers.
  • Intensified utilization of “IoT / digitalization”
  • Expand and acquire service partners
  • Enhance the supply capabilities & customers trust
  • World class technical competence & support team

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for P&L for the Business in China
  • To actively engage and support the full region with Technical support & Marketing of -parts & service kits, -fluids & consumables, service & overhauls.
  • To achieve results as per objectives agreed with the Divisions.
  • To further develop the business within the defined Territory with the objective of giving all products their best chance in the market.
  • To pay strong attention to IoT, Internet and Intranet development possibilities locally and actively embracing and supporting Global/Regional projects.
  • To further develop and safeguard a strong and competent team, i.e. training and competence development of personnel, including regular appraisals and follow-up..
  • To interact with other Power Technique CCs / PCs as well as other Group units in a constructive, productive and unselfish way that supports the development of synergies and the consolidated result of the Divisions and performance of the Business Area (and the Group).
  • To safeguard integrity and transparency of operations within the company and the management team by being a strong and loyal team player.
  • Follow the company policies as stated in The Way We Do Things, including the Business Code of Practice and Compliance issues..

 

General:

  • Implement campaigns / incentives to continually boost our sales.
  • Increase our market knowledge and understanding through market studies and follow up.
  • Intensive and high-quality use from your entire sales/service organization of our C4S/quote system, to ensure the success of our Profitable Growth Accelerator strategy.
  • Support and promote the Group’s Core Values: Interaction, Commitment and Innovation

To succeed, you will need  

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • The ideal candidate should be result-oriented with a professional experience of +7 years, a proven track record in service and sales and a sound commercial judgment.
  • Proven commercial and business awareness
  • International experience is a plus
  • Technical background a plus
  • Proven track record, management experience in a similar role
  • Distribution Management
  • Experience to drive and establish web/internet supply chains

 

Language Ability: (English & Mandarin)

  • Fluency in English. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
