Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next PTS Product Specialist. You will be part of our Marketing&TechnicalSupport team reporting to Marketing & Product Manager. In this role, your mission is to improve PTS business revenue and profit by repowering and optimizing solution support to service sales and field service engineers. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Short Description

Your day-to-day

    • Cooperate with PTS service marketing & product manager define new service product, focus on PTS service ladder: Repower and Optimization products. Give training and product support to sales and distributors to promote products sales.
    • Install base info. monitoring and updating, generate sales leads accordingly in order to support service sales and field service engineers improve 1:1 ratio and business revenue.
    • To drive new product development with global product team and local engineering team through business case collection and analysis by customer insight for China.
    • Spare parts pricing monitoring and provide solution based on local marketing status and customer equipment, support service sales’ quotation & win the projects.
    • Digital tools develop and maintenance, ex. PBI; Internal communication with PTBA refer department.

Your skills and experience

  • University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
  • More than 3 years experiences in compressor service business. Strong portable and refer products service knowledge and background.
  • Good computer skills Mechanical or electrical knowledge
  • PC skill is a must (excel, word, PowerPoint)
  • Presentation skill
  • English skill (Fluent in English both in writing and speaking)
  • Strong interpersonal communication & team work
  • Business and customer oriented
  • Willing to travel
