Payroll Specialist

Your role

As a Payroll Specialist, your mission is to provide high quality payroll, tax, EA administration services to internal customers and achieve customer satisfaction, to ensure legal compliance in operation. You will report to HR Operation Manager .

Job responsibilites

1.    Responsible for delivering high quality payroll/tax/EA services with the set standards to responsible internal customers as per schedule.
2.    Conduct effective communication on the inquiries from BU HR and employees to solve their issues.
3.    Maintain effective communication with payroll banking, tax bureau for staff issues,
4.    Provide statistics payroll and tax data or report as required by government authorities and internal customers.
5.    Support in legal compliance and internal audit actions of payroll operation.
6.    Support in kinds of payroll, tax related administration job assigned.
7.    Participate or lead team projects as per needs.

At least 1 year HR experience in payroll and tax, be familiar with local regulations in payroll and tax and benefits issues within China.

• Understanding and interpretation of payroll/tax legislation and policy,
• Familiar with payroll system and excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Good English skills
• Basic knowledge of finance
• University graduated
