Your Role

• Responsible on product lifecycle management for Product Company ACTA China, focus on screw feeding product portfolio as start, expand to more light automation product area later
• Evaluating business opportunities, create business case, convert customer& market needs into product requirements and specification, develop best product portfolio for screw feeding
• Track R&D and production progression to ensure products are completed according to required specifications, cost and time
• Responsible launch screw feeding related product
• Support sales and project team to get the strategic order
• Empowering the sales organization to gain knowledge on automation area
• Lead competitor analysis together with CCs, R&D to understand better the automation landscape

 
To succeed, you will need  

• Technical academic degree with engineering or other relevant area and high application knowledge around automation, preferred in automotive segment
• Five years product management experience within industrial environment
• Previous experience on leading a cross-functional organization (R&D, marketing) in executing projects from ideation to completion; has experience to collaborate with overseas team
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Good communication skills with different stakeholders, at all levels of hierarchy
• Can do attitude
• Pro-active, accountable and result oriented
• Customer oriented attitude
• Self – driving
