Product Manager
Your role
As a Product Manager, your mission is to manage China TMP product growth initiatives that support Chinese customers’ TMP business expansion.. You will report to Senior Product Manaegr.
You will
Manage Localized TMP Products
- Manage localized TMP product customization, including local customized part number creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
- Work closely with Chinese customers to understand their business expansion plans, internationalization strategies, application needs, pain points, and business models.
Provide Total Solution Management
- Own local total solution products and manage the full lifecycle of turnkey projects.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across product, sales, application, engineering, service, supply chain, and global teams.
Transfer China Customer Requirements to Global Development Teams
- Collect and consolidate Voice of Customer (VOC) from Chinese customers, especially around new product needs, application challenges, and future expansion requirements.
- Translate customer VOC into clear product requirements for global product and development teams.
Strategy and Execution
- Align China marketing and product strategies with global marketing direction.
- Support market analysis, business planning, product positioning, and go-to-market execution for TMP products in China.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vacuum product application, product management, business development, or related technical/commercial roles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor, vacuum, or related industrial markets.
- Strong understanding of vacuum products, TMP applications, and customer use cases.
- Proven ability to manage complex opportunities through cross-functional coordination and stakeholder influence.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with regional and global teams.
- Strong business development, opportunity-shaping, and customer engagement capabilities.
- Excellent internal coordination, communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-facing skills and relationship management capability.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
