  Mission 使命：

In order to ensure the efficiency and professionalism of CC-customer-PC project execution, it is necessary to have a designated project execution manager to improve the efficiency of communication between the sales process and the factory side, increase the accuracy of execution, and reduce contract risks.

为了确保CC端-客户-PC项目执行的高效和专业度，需要有指定的项目执行经理，以期实现在销售环节和工厂端的沟通效率提升、增加执行的准确度、降低合同风险等 

Main Responsibilities 岗位职责:

1. Organize project kick-off meetings for owners and factories;组织业主和工厂召开项目启动会；

2. Risk search and control for execution of technical agreements and sales contracts; 技术协议、销售合同执行风险检索及管控；

3. Develop project execution plans;制订项目执行计划；

4. Work closely with business units to ensure projects achieve strategic roadmap goals on time, within budget, and with quality, ensuring comprehensive planned outcomes. 与业务部门密切合作，推动项目按时、按预算和质量实现战略路线图目标，确保实现全方位的计划成果。

5. Regular communication meetings are held with the factory project team and after-sales service team, and periodic project reports are provided to management and customer reviews.定期和工厂项目团队和售后服务团队举行沟通会，向管理层和客户评审提供定期项目报告。

6. Project progress tracking to ensure timely delivery, editing, organizing, and submitting delivery documents; 项目进度跟踪、确保及时交货，交付文件编辑、整理和递交；

7. Contract execution and payment collection tracking.合同执行及回款跟踪

8. Manage on-site project construction for users, manage material intake, storage, and retrieval, control construction progress, allocate resources rationally, and control construction material and labor costs;用户现场项目施工管理，材料进、存、取用管理，施工进度管控，合理调配资源，控制施工材料和人工成本；

9. Ensure that all activities during the project are safe and effective, meeting the company's health, safety, and environmental standards. 确保项目期间的所有活动安全有效，符合公司的健康安全和环境的标准。

Requirements岗位要求:

1. Education level 教育水平:
   • Degree in an engineering or science discipline. Master and above is a plus.工程或科学学科学位。硕士以上优先。

2. • Recognized Project or Program Management Qualification desirable.项目管理资格认证优先。

3. Relevant previous experience 相关工作经验:
   • Over 10 years working experiences of project management or engineering in global companies. 10年以上跨国公司项目管理或工程工作经验
   • Must have experience of managing complex NPI projects involving six or seven figure investments and spanning multiple phases / multiple years. 必须具备管理涉及六位数或七位数投资、跨越多个阶段/多年的复杂NPI项目的经验。
   • Previous supervisory or functional management experience in one or more departments in an engineering / manufacturing company is essential. 必须具有工程/制造公司一个或多个部门的管理经验。
   • A proven ability to manage projects and activities, delivering on time, to specification with strict quality and cost targets (project and product costs). 有能力管理项目和活动，按时交付，达到严格的质量和成本目标（项目和产品成本）。
   • Experience and understanding of vacuum pumps, abatement, systemized products and their applications in the market place, such as Diffusion, PVD, Etch, CVD is beneficial. 对真空泵、MVR和系统化产品及其在市场上的应用有一定的经验和理解优先。
   • Those with experience and understanding of procurement, supply chain, operation and manufacturing systems will be given priority. 有采购、供应链、运营和制造系统经验和理解的优先。

4. Language skills 语言水平：
   • Fluency in English. 英语听说读写流利。

5. Other skills and knowledge 其它的技能和知识：
   • Must have excellent influencing and negotiation skills at multiple organizational levels, including up to executive level, therefore needs to have authority, credibility and respect across a wide range of functions within the company. Influencing across functional boundaries is a key element of this role. 须在多个组织级别（包括高管级别）具有出色的影响力和谈判技巧，需要在公司内的广泛职能中拥有权威、信誉和尊重。跨越职能边界的影响是这一角色的关键要素。

6. • Sufficient business/commercial awareness to make appropriate proposals to balance potentially conflicting commercial and technical drivers.具备足够的商业意识，能够提出适当的建议，以平衡潜在冲突的商业和技术驱动因素。

7. • Management expertise to build & develop a cohesive team, to provide leadership & direction, and to foster good communications across project teams & functions. 管理专业知识，以建立和发展一个有凝聚力的团队，提供领导和指导，并促进项目团队和职能部门之间的良好沟通。

8. • Must be able to analyze complex Program requirements and identify key phases and workstreams as part of high-level program definition. 必须能够分析复杂的计划要求，并确定关键阶段和工作流，作为高级计划定义的一部分。

9. • Displays clear leadership willing to take ownership and control of a situation and bring people with him/her even though they may not functionally report to him/her.展现较强的领导力，有意愿和能力掌握和控制局面，并带领他人与他/她在一起，即使他们可能在功能上不向他/她报告。

10. • Well organized, displaying clear, rational and analytical approach to problem solving and planning. Remains calm under pressure and has the ability to find creative and pragmatic solutions to seemingly intractable problems. Willing to look for / explore new solutions or methods including outside 3rd party sources to increase development capacity. Scope of the job 工作范围:

The Project Manager reports directly to Technical Manager. 项目经理直接向技术经理汇报。

• Manage project(s) and project assigned to product company on time delivery, on cost and on quality. 管理项目按时，按成本和按质量交付。

• On a day-to-day basis, persuade and collaborate with product company peers that decisions are appropriate.在日常工作中，说服并与产品公司同行合作，让他们相信决策是恰当的。

• Work within the CPR (Commercialisation Project Review) process.按照CPR（商业化项目审查）流程工作。

• Grasp the outputs from product management and make it into understandable project steps/phases and what we need to do for the pathway forward. 掌握产品管理的输出，并将其转化为可理解的项目步骤/阶段，以及我们需要为前进的道路做些什么。

The Project manager is accountable for assisting in compiling and presenting the CPR material with support from the various project team members.项目经理负责在各项目团队成员的支持下，协助编制和展示CPR材料。

Project schedule adherence will be the responsibility of the Project manager, using appropriate tools and meetings such as Project Team and daily meetings (PTM and Obeya). 项目经理将负责使用适当的工具和会议，如项目团队和日常会议（PTM和Obeya），遵守项目进度。
