Project manager - screwfeeder project

The Role
Job Description
- Take the lead of screwfeeder (RAPID) customer project globally.
- Lead customer projects interactions (e.g. at customer kick-off meeting) with a clear understanding of customer needs from a technical point of view.
- Being the screwfeeder expert to study customer request, make feasibility and project analysis, then propose RAPID solution and quotation.
- Manage customer project timeline based on the request after win the order.
- Manage the kick-off meeting with R&D and operation team to secure the design and lead time.
- Manage multiple projects at one time. Keep frequent communication with customer center and RAPID team member from design team and operation team.
- As a project owner, keep focus on project excution and final result. Be able to build flexible and transparent cooperation mechanism.
- Keep learning, be willing to learn from previous projects and to continuously improve projects delivery quality in the future.

What we expect of you?
Educational and Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in mechanical, automation or relevant disciplines (e.g. mechanical design and engineering, automation, electrical engineering)
- At least 3 years’ experience in designing, executing, and supporting mechanical solutons
- Minimum 1~3 years thorough experience of project management, preferably within industrial or automation.
- Experience from automation system engineering, PLC programming and mechanical design is a plus.
- Professional experience from multinational companies is a plus.
- Experience from the automotive industry would be useful.
