The Role

Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Lead the team on solution offer:

 

  • Well understand the automatic solution business and the competition status, focusing on improve technical proposal quality and improve the hit-rate.
  • Define Unique Selling Point of AC solutions and work closely with sales team to influence customer.
  • Flexible working time to adapte to project needs.
  • Build up team competence on simulation, and be able to promote standard products, make risk analysis during proposal phase.
  • Work closely with global customer/application centers, study and understand marketing trend, find new opportunities and feedback to R&D team for direction define.
  • Standard solution promotion, support global customer/application centers with marketing activities.
  • Standardize existing solution proposal, and drive to optimize costing from market point of view.
  • Work closely with project management team in order to guarantee solution executable.
  • Continuously improve the internal workflow to be more efficient and market oriented.
  • Continuously improve the value visualization to win the competition.
  • Define team competence mapping and career ladder and organize related trainings.
  • Motivate the team and create a positive working environment with all departments of ACTA.
