Your Role
Mission
Supervise incoming inspection and approve new parts for production. Handle QCM issues with 8D analysis and drive corrective actions. Develop inspection standards and train inspectors. Experience in power tools or electromechanical products required. Must be able to read drawings, understand metrology and ESD procedures, and have basic English skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Major Responsibilities
- Incoming Quality Supervision & Guidance
Supervise and guide the IQC (Incoming Quality Control) team in inspecting incoming parts at the warehouse to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - New Part Evaluation & Serial Production Approval
Evaluate new components, coordinate sample validation, and approve parts for serial production upon confirmation of quality stability. - Quality Issue Resolution & Closed-loop Management
Lead the resolution of quality issues reported in QCM, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), drive corrective actions (e.g., 8D, CAPA), and ensure effective follow-up and closure. - Supplier Quality Support & Reclamation Management
Coordinate quality communication with suppliers, drive corrective actions for incoming defects, and lead non-conformance judgment and reclamation processes. - Inspection Standards & Process Development
Develop and optimize incoming inspection standards (SIP), work

负责新零件的技术评估，组织样品验证，确认质量稳定性后批准其进入批量生产阶段。 - 质量问题处理与闭环管理
主导处理QCM（质量管理系统）中反馈的质量问题，组织根本原因分析（RCA），推动8D或CAPA等改进措施，并跟踪闭环。 - 供应商质量支持与索赔管理
协调与供应商的质量沟通，推动来料问题的整改；主导不合格品的判定与向供应商的索赔（reclamation）流程。 - 检验标准与流程制定
制定和优化来料检验标准（SIP）、检验指导书，培训检验员正确使用图纸、测量工具及ESD防护规范。
To succeed, you will need
Education & Experience
ssociate or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Materials, or related engineering field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering; experience in power tools, small appliances, or electromechanical products is highly preferred;
- Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and engineering change notices (ECN);
- Familiar with common measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) and metrology principles;
- Knowledge of ESD control routines and requirements in manufacturing environments;
- Understanding of non-conformance handling, rework processes, and supplier reclamation;
- Basic knowledge of engineering terminology and quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why, FMEA);

- 机械、电子、材料或相关工程类专业大专及以上学历；
- 3年以上质量相关工作经验，具备电动工具、小家电或机电类行业背景者优先；
- 熟练阅读机械图纸、技术规格书和工程变更通知（ECN）；
- 熟悉常见测量工具（卡尺、千分尺、高度规等）及计量学（metrology）原理；
- 了解ESD防护规范及生产现场静电控制要求；
- 了解不合格品处理、返工、返修及供应商索赔流程；
- 具备基础工程术语和质量管理工具知识（如8D、5Why、FMEA等）；
