Recruitment Specialist

Major Responsibilities

  • As a consultancy recruiter, implement timely with high quality recruitment work, follow recruitment policy and process.
  • Job analyse with hiring manager to understand responsibilities and skill demands. By asking questions, and providing talent market insight to hiring manager, and doing calibration on searching criteria to ensure job requirements fits business objectives.
  • Utilize ATS to efficiently screen resumes by tagging, mapping to maximizely use the skill based talent pool. Proactivly search for resumes, or promote job opportunities through other channels to receive more suitable resumes.
  • Running calibrations timely with hiring manager by using reports from ATS or other talent market insight during recruitment process, and adjust searching directions if necessary to shorten the lead time.
  • Define clear interview question list per job profiling, to improve candidate quality recommended to hiring manager.
  • Understand candidate’s motivation from early stage. Deliver clear EVP together with hiring manager to candidate for a good interview experience.
  • Provide feedback to hiring manager based on assessment result and interview evaluation.
  • Warm the final candidate until he/she on board to ensure candidate’s good experience.
  • Keep learning new trends and new technology in recruitment field, provide suggestions to improve recruitment work.

To succeed, you will need

Education & Experience

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in recruitment, If you have experience in headhunter, which would be a plus.
  • You have a bachelor degree, the major is not limited.

 

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • China labor law
  • Recruiting channel and management                               
  • Professional Interview skill
  • Good in Excel, PowerPoint, word
  • You are independent minded, have good sense of people.
