Your Role
1. Hunting for new sales opportunities, using excellent communication skill and product knowledge to convince customer to place the order
2. Ambitiously achieve the sales target in his/her sales territory, including Key Accounts and other Territorial Accounts.
3. Build up excellent and trustful customer relationships
4. Regular customer visit tours and penetration of the local customer base
5. Set up draft of territorial / local strategies and sales ideas
6. Service on Trade shows and other marketing events
7. Follow up marketing campaigns (Contact for customer)
8. Special tasks to be defined by BUM
To succeed, you will need
Education: University degree or above, Master/MBA/oversea education background is preferred.
Studies: Commercially preferred with good technical knowledge
Sales experience : min 2-5 years work experience with successful track record in selling to production industry, preferably for automation-, measurement- or machine equipment. Knowledge of Battery Industry/Optical film Industry/Plastic material market is advantageous.
International Experience: Preferably with western + Asian style business background
Travel: 3-4 days per week
Computer skills: MS-Office, CRM (Sales force), ERP (SAP or similar)
Language skills: Chinese native, English business (good/fluent)
Other skills and competences:
- Result orientated, good organized
- Independent and self organizing
- Capability to understand and work in complex
- Good skills to hold presentations (with ppt)
- Conceptional thinking and acting
