SHE Engineer

Your role

1. Facility Operation and Maintenance Management: Fully responsible for the daily inspection, preventive maintenance, scheduled repair, and emergency repair of the company's power systems (power distribution systems and facilities, compressed air, nitrogen, etc.), facility systems (air conditioning, ventilation, fans, water supply and drainage, etc.), and site infrastructure and production equipment, ensuring all systems meet the company's normal production requirements.
2. Technical Support: Master the technical principles, equipment performance, and operational logic of various systems. Capable of quickly identifying issues and determining solutions to restore production in the shortest possible time and minimize downtime.
3. Special Equipment Management: Responsible for the daily management, periodic inspection, regular maintenance, and disposal of all special equipment within the company (forklifts, overhead cranes, pressure storage tanks, pressure pipelines, etc.). Manage all legally required records for special equipment to ensure compliance.
4. Energy and Cost Management: Responsible for energy conservation management of utility systems such as water, electricity, and gas. Continuously improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce operational costs through optimized operation strategies, energy-saving technical modifications, and other means.
5. Intrinsic Safety Management of Equipment and Facilities: Ensure all systems, equipment, and operational activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations. Guarantee the continuous effectiveness of various safety protection devices and safety guards through inspections and maintenance.
6. Supplier Management: Responsible for managing the construction work of contractors to ensure the quality and safety of the work process.

2. Professional Competence: Proficient in specialized knowledge areas such as electrical systems, electromechanical equipment, compressed air, and HVAC. Familiar with the operational principles of various production equipment and systems, and skilled in the maintenance and servicing of common utility facilities and production machinery.
3. Management Experience: Possesses project experience in new construction, renovation, expansion, and interior decoration/fit-out. Capable of planning management strategies for various utility facilities, production equipment, and special equipment, monitoring their implementation, and producing management documentation and process records.
4. Communication Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities, enabling quick integration into the team.
