SHE Manager
Your role
As a SHE Manager, you will report to GM, Edwards China CC.
You will
- Manage and Responsible for key activities of Edwards China CC SHE objectives, contribute to the achievement of the organisation’s SHE stratigies and goals on and off site.
- Ensures Safety & Healthy, Environment, strategies and programmes are supervised within the AC group and VTBA SHE Performance Objective
- Ensures that SHE goals and objectives, as well as action plans are clearly communicated with in the company and customer as part of our value proposition and service, also the related parties.
- Build relationship with customers and proactively gather feedback from customers on our performance.
- Influences and ensures that all in company operations process and sites/facilities complies with AC & VTBA rule such as risk control elements (RCE’s) and related local legal requirements, as well as industry best practice.
- Ensures that SHE goals and objectives, as well as action plans are widely communicated and understood in company.
- Lead/Support annal ISO9001, 14001 & 45001 and other internal audit and cooperate with External aduit, ensure the Non-comfornace items are taken corractive action in time.

- Bachelor or Master dgree subject in Engineering, Business/Economics or equivalent
- 8+ years related experience preferable.
- SHE expertise, especially in ISO9001,14001 & 45001 management system
- Strong in Project Management
- Management knowledge and skill
- People Management and Leadership
- Communication & Influence
- Excellence in planning and time management
- Semi and chemical knowledge is prefferd
- Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Shanghai, China (CN). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
