Your role

As a Sales Engineer, You will report to Area Sales Manager, East.

You will

  • Establish and maintain strong contacts with existing and new general vacuum application customers/OEMs at all levels of their organization to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities.
  • Conduct customer negotiations at all levels (manager, purchasers, engineers, …), enlist the assistance of other managers when required to win the business and thereafter maintain continuity throughout the sales and service and after care activities.
  • Participate and monitor sales forecast budget assist sales manager of steel degassing, explore new customers, develop and enhance current customer.
  • Management of Sales: Make sales to agreed targets : Close deals, Present integrated/full range of products and services, Develop customer mind-set to ‘single source’ concept, Manage customer expectations in line with strategic plan.
  • Create customer perception of company's excellence.
  • Implement our strategy at the specific accounts in country and contribute to the success of the Company.
  • Work closely with the service/marketing organization in order to meet customers’ expectations and to be more efficient for the customers and the company.Be customer oriented in order to ensure customers satisfaction with the Company products and services.

  • Bachelor or Master majoring in Mechanical & Vacuum technology is preferred.
  • At least 5 years selling experience with track record on new offerings breakthrough in Vacuum & mechanical 
  • Good technical knowledge on vacuum & Mechanical application is strongly preferred
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good English communications in both oral and written. CET4 is needed, CET-6 is preferred.
  • High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure.
