Sales Manager, OEM

Your role
As a Sales Manager, OEM, your mission is to develop and execute OEM sales strategies in China semi market, identifying and partnering with China local OEMs to drive revenue growth, expand market share, improve margin, and build long-term, mutually beneficial OEM collaborations. You will report to Businee Line Manager.
You will
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of business & sales strategies for OEM customer segment, aligning team actions with overall business objectives.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the Semiconductor OEM team’s performance to achieve annual sales targets for OEM business, including revenue, margin, market share, new product penetration, design-in-win project.
- Monitor market competition dynamics (e.g., competitor pricing, product offerings, partnership strategies) and track industry marketing activities, analyzing insights to refine sales strategies and competitive positioning.
- Proactively maintain and deepen relationships with existing OEM partners, identify and prioritize upsell opportunities, address satisfaction gaps with targeted solutions, and sustain/expand long-term mutually beneficial collaborations—ultimately driving recurring revenue, enhancing partner loyalty, and strengthening market position.
- Develop and acquire new customers to expand business scale and market penetration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with application, product management, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver customized solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Support and empower the sales team’s individual growth: provide coaching, share best practices, and facilitate skill development to enhance team members’ professional capabilities
- Have regular business reviews with the management team, provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, market share trends, and market insights for senior management to support data-driven decision-making for China Semiconductor OEM business.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics Semiconductor Technology, or related fields.
- Master’s degree or MBA/EMBA is preferred.
- 10+ years’ sales experience and minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in OEM partnerships within the semiconductor equipment industry. Priority selection if have technical and applications support background in vacuum or Semiconductor industry.
- Dry pump, Scrubber sales experience will be better.
- Strong business acumen, with expertise in OEM sales strategy development, contract negotiation, and relationship-based selling.
- In-depth understanding of China’s semiconductor industry landscape, market trends, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English; ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build trust with OEM partners.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
