Your role
As a Sales Manager, Start Up Company, You will
Business development:
- To lead the sales team to further develop the company with Profitable Growth and increase Market Share by establishing strong people and organization competence
- To develop better relationships with new and existing customers (Key customers) / partners to further enhance our success with new products and application
- To develop and implement sales strategies to increase OR and OI
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling sales performance by C4C and Power BI
- Explain by regular meetings to explain the forecast, KPIs, and other activities
- To investigate customer, market, segment, and competitor activity
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams :
- Collaborate with application team, engineering team and marketing to drive customer satisfaction and enhance market entry
- Exchange information with customers, agents and distributors to provide effective feedback to the division and develop competitive solutions
- Drive customer satisfaction in collaboration with related functions

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related field
- Business-level English skills
- Over 3 years of experience in sales manegement or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in Vacuum technology related field
- Strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to preopare materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc., in line with objectives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience using digital marketing tools and analytics tools
