Sales Operations Manager

Your role
As a Sales Operations Manager, your mission is to Establish and manage the S&OP to ensure all business activities comply with agreed standards. Streamline and enhance sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to boost the sales team’s efficiency, reduce redundancies, and improve productivity. You will report to Business Line Manager, SUN.
1. S&OP Process Management
- Establish, implement, and manage S&OP, conduct cross-departmental collaboration, and organize relevant meetings as required by the management team. This includes but is not limited to: order process, distributor/reseller/sales agent management process, Business Line internal management process, and CRM forecasting process.
- Work closely with the CVC, Planning, and DP teams to develop automated reports, driving excellence in sales and operational performance.
- Lead the achievement of KPIs for the SEMI Business Unit in alignment with the company’s (and Division's) business strategy and direction.
2. Process Optimization & Operations Management
- Drive continuous improvement of sales operational processes to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
- Provide effective training on processes and systems to support the team’s work execution.
- Develop, refine, and implement sales strategies, processes, and methodologies to improve overall sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and metrics, track KPIs and sales pipeline management, and provide data insights, trend forecasts, and special reports for the sales team and management.
3. Demand Forecasting and Sales Pipeline Management
- Review forecast accuracy, track discrepancies, and coordinate resolution.
- Work closely with the Planning team to understand factory capacity, provide support for key business decisions, mitigate risks, and optimize business opportunities.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Compliance Assurance
- Collaborate with multiple departments including Product, Finance, and Customer Care Support to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop reasonable and compliant sales force schemes, ensuring all sales activities strictly adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

- Master or Bachelor degree, major in or related in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field is often preferred.
- Obtaining certifications specific to sales operations, such as Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP) or certifications related to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Administrator Certification) is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Capability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and effectively allocate resources to meet sales goals and deadlines.
- Aptitude for identifying challenges, developing solutions, and making informed decisions to overcome obstacles in sales operations.
- Strategic thinking, ability to develop, implement, and execute sales strategies aligned with division business objectives, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
- A solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in sales or sales management is valuable to comprehend the challenges and nuances of the sales function.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate sales teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaboration across departments and for coaching and mentoring sales personnel.
- Familiarity and expertise in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other sales-related software for efficient management, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, metrics, and trends to derive meaningful insights that can inform decision-making and drive sales strategies.
- Good English skill both written and spoken
- Understanding of financial principles and metrics related to sales, such as profit margins, pricing strategies, and budget management.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong sense of team responsibility.
