Your role

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will report to Sales Operations Manager, SUN.

  • Provide monthly order intake forecast and CRM forecast based on deadline
  • Provide completion rate tracking report for order intake weekly and monthly
  • Design, implement, and refine standardized sales processes (e.g., lead qualification, opportunity management, contract handoff) to streamline workflows and reduce friction for the SUN sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify bottlenecks and execute process improvements that enhance productivity and shorten sales cycles.
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize sales performance data (e.g., revenue tracking, pipeline metrics, win/loss rates) using and Power BI tool.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards for sales leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making for the SUN business line.
  • Maintain data integrity in the CRM system, ensuring accurate recording of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Train and support sales teams on CRM best practices, troubleshooting issues, and maximizing tool utilization to drive adoption.
  • Partner with cross-function departments to align lead generation efforts with sales needs, track lead conversion, and optimize demand generation campaigns for the SUN product line.
  • Assist in developing sales enablement materials to equip the sales team with tools to effectively position SUN products.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales operations experience, preferably within the semiconductor, industrial technology, or B2B high-tech industry. 3~5 years’ experience in data analysis is alos preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify insights, and present findings clearly.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with global teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry dynamics (e.g., market trends, competitive landscape, technical product lifecycle) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (verbal and written).
