Your role

Mission

The mission of the position to provide day to day after sales service to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction, which in turn shall lead to sustainable profitable growth.

Job description

Provide installation and commissioning service for customers

- To provide installation and commissioning to customers when compressor equipment is delivered.

- To provide equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.

Provide maintenance and repair service for customers

- Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor equipments.

- To contact with customers to identify difficult problems and provide total solutions.

- To initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.

- To instruct and guide new engineers in the course of their work to ensure they abide by the correct working methods, procedures and technical specifications/instructions.

- To reduce maintenance costs and to improve equipment performance & efficiency.

- To provide reports to Service Supervisors in terms of summarizing technical issues, customer concerns and potential requirements for aftermarket products.

Co-ordination with sales, and technical team

- To coordinate with sales team to provide efficient after sales service to customers.

- To keep relationship with technical team to give feedback about product’s quality issues on site, and technical skill / method to resolve the complicated problem

- Has the responsibility to contribute to the sustainable operations for parts and service and also to have a good structure in the areas of quality, safety and environment issues.

Experience requirements

- More than 3 years experience in compressor equipments service or related equipments.

Educational requirements

- College graduated or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent..

Other Requirements

- Willing to travel

Knowledge

• Basic English in speaking and reading.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word , Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication skills, team spirit and customer orientated concept.
