Your Role

Work independently for service and maintenance work of Atlas Copco equipment;

• Work closely with sales team & project team to install and calibrate new equipment;
• Support customer and solve problem on site ;
• Timely and correctly feedback work order, weekly report and monthly report;
• Provide technique request and quality information according as customer‘s feedback;
• Finish service documents according to Atlas Copco or customer’s standard;
• Keep good relationship with customer;
• Doing well work plan and being ready to take up new tasks;
• Assist service engineer’s work about service contract.
• Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by manager.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education

• Graduate from vocational school in mechanical or electrical engineering or above;

Knowledge

• At least 3 years experience in aftermarket service of industry product (automation especially industry)
• Strong skill of diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting
• MS office and PC skill is a must
• Good communication skill

Skill

• Good PC and MS Office skill;

Language

• Basic English knowledge
