Job description / Mission：
- To be responsible for daily follow up of inbound shipments. Maintain updated estimated arrival time in WMS system in time.
- With cooperation with external agents, to ensure in-time customs clearance form inbound goods & compliance with government rules & regulations, and assure timely pickup & delivery to the warehouse.
- To monitor the domestic delivery performance of the forwarders and collect POD information on a daily base.
- To handle return and export shipment, incl. customs clearance for export, vessel/air freight booking, and export document preparation.
- To collect original customs clearance, quarantine & inspection documents to for archiving and verify invoice from the agents & forwarders. For purpose of VAT rebate, to send the needed documents to VAT rebate administrator in time.
- To assist for instituting claims against the forwarders / suppliers.
- To practice effective teamwork and fulfill KPI in daily job.
- Has the responsibility to ensure that our business partners/ suppliers follow the rules that the Atlas Copco Group has stated in the Business Code of Practice. Areas where suppliers must comply include: quality, environment, safety, social and ethical.
- Implement quality objectives assigned by the supervisor.
- Any other jobs assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years experience in Logistics / Customs field.
- Graduate from college or up, major in international trading is preferable
- Knowledge of English / computer / ERP skill
- Initiatives, self-motivation, and willing to accept certain pressure.
