Supplier Quality Control Engineer

Your role

• Execution of inspection for sourcing components according to contractual documents, project ITP, Maintain related records in company.
• Maintain and improve process, system, and capacity of SQA team. Support to establish, implement, and continuously improve quality systems for Quality department.
• Coordinate and deal with downstream feedback quality issues and promote quick resolution.
• Organize and cooperate with related parties to analysis root cause of Non-conformances on products or system of suppliers, decide the correction and prevention. Follow the close of action.
• Execute evaluation and audit for supplier on Process, Quality, Environment, Safety and Healthy etc.
• Supplier Development & Improvement: Analyze business requirements and identify gap of supplier. Organize improvement plan and support plan. Drive proactive involvement of suppliers in manufacturing improvement.
• Surveillance supplier performance, coach and support the improvement of suppliers.
• Support other department to improve the design, process, and quality in Company.
• Other tasks assigned by Leader or Manager.

To succeed, you will need

• Experienced with manufacturing processes and production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree of mechanical, material, chemical, marine engine, and similar profession.
• Knowledge of inspection, quality management, environment management, safety, and health management.
• 3-5 years experiences in quality management of heavy machinery industry, Turbo compressor, casting, Machining is preferred.
• Good computer skills, for example office series, SAP.
• Good communication skilled internally and externally.
• Strong capacity of self-learning, driven and pro-active.
• Willing to travel inside China (>50%).
• English Writing and Reading is must.
