Supply Chain Manager

Your role
- Transform the strategy of the division and the company into a clear action plan for the sourcing department.
- Take full responsibility for all supply chain activities including supplier agreements with suppliers.
- Manage sourcing resources efficiently to realize set objectives.
- Further develop your team in regards of knowledge and competence in order to find and develop suitable and performing suppliers and processes for the different commodities.
- Steer and guide the sourcing team in their project and team working with all other internal functions and suppliers in order to meet the project requirements on cost, time, logistics and quality.
- Continuously interact and exchange information with other functions and product companies of the GAP division to benchmark products, costs and quality of local vendors with other local or global vendors and follow the different market evolutions.
- Support the integration of the company within Atlas Copco China Supply Chain activities and network.
- Ensure compliance of suppliers and own department with the “Atlas Copco Business Code of Practice”.
- Closely work with application, engineering, production team and responsible for management of forwarders and brokers, responsible for continuous improvement to satisfy domestic and global customers.
- Ensure the high quality of supplier
- Further develop and improve of the transparency of the purchasing processes by introducing and application of the best practices and compliant processes., etc.
- Be an active part of our management team and such contribute to the overall development of company.
