Test Engineer

Your role

• Understand and implement the procedures and work instructions of core assembly, use lifting, assembly and measurement tools correctly.
• Create assembly and test procedures and work instruction.
• Plans and establishes work schedules and production sequences to meet production plan of assembly and test.
• Coordinate with other department to ensure execution of assembly and test work.
• Reads and analyzes prints, specifications, work orders, and production schedules to determine production requirements.
• Recommends or implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Maintains operations data, such as time, production, and cost records. Requisitions plan for materials, supplies equipment parts, and repair services. Comply with discipline, safety and OHSAS rules.
• Inspects materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or none conformances.
• Coordinate and arrange customer witness of assembly and test according to production schedule.
• Conduct core assembly and test according to plan.
• Record parameters of assembly and test according to ITP plan and working standard.
• Development of test bed setup for business needs.
• Core instrument part BOM.
• Other tasks assigned by team leader.

To succeed, you will need

• More than 5 years’ experience of assembly, overhaul of mechanical products.
• Experience with mechanical test, commissioning is preferred.
• Control system, vibration measurement and electrical knowledge is preferred.
• SAP knowledge of network, order browser etc.
• Commitment to schedule.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in mandarin and English.
• Good skills in reading and writing English documents.
• Technical knowledge required to structure assembly and mechanical tests.
