Trainee

Your role
As a Trainee, you will report to Application & Marketing Manager, Process.
You will
Rotation – Application:
- Create technical proposal according to customer’s inquiry
- Discuss effectively with customers to finalize offering
- Closely follow the implementation of vacuum system for in-time delivery
Rotation – Marketing:
- Follow action plan of sector drilling-down
- Customer study – by industry chain and by region
- Update emerging applications and technology progress
Rotation – Product:
- Collect on-site issues due to process reasons
- Cooperate with product manager for variant improvement
- Support service team to propose customized service plan
Self-development for position determination:
- Train soft skills like communication, time management and learning abilities.
- Qualify oneself during the rotation for teamwork and order-wining mindset.
- Explore one’s potential and make value-added contribution

- Fresh graduate within 2 years, master degree is a must, chemical related majors are preferred, e.g. chemical engineering, chemical mechanicals, material (especially polymer) engineering
- Skills in professional software (e.g. Aspen) can be great plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Curious mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Able to demonstrate good organizational, time management and personal management skills - Self-reliance and ability to take initiative.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
