Your role
As a Trainee, you will report to Sales Manager
You will
Rotation – Sales:
- Create and implement sales plans under sales manager’s instruction
- Explore more sales needs through various channels
- Engage and visit customers
- Convert customer needs to sales order
Rotation – Marketing:
- Assist Marcom and SM on exhibition/seminar/web/WeChat and participate them
- Collect sales needs from exhibition
- Investigate and research market tendency of metallurgy & Heat Treatment of China
Self-development for position determination:
- Train soft skills like communication, time management and learning abilities.
- Qualify oneself during the rotation for teamwork and order-wining mindset.
- Explore one’s potential and make value-added contribution

- Fresh graduate within 2 years, master degree is a must, chemical related majors are preferred, e.g. chemical engineering, chemical mechanicals, material (especially polymer) engineering
- Skills in professional software (e.g. Aspen) can be great plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Curious mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Able to demonstrate good organizational, time management and personal management skills - Self-reliance and ability to take initiative.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
