VTS Sales Manager 售后销售经理

Main Responsibilities:

• You will focus on developing the sales channels, direct and indirect, in line with revenues and always considering cost efficiency targets and create sustainable profitable growth.
• As a manager in your region, you will built a team of experienced vacuum service salesmen.
• To approach new customers and distributors to win market share.
• To provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the business line manager.
• To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers and dealers to generate lasting business results
• Have accountability and improve team members’ competence.
• Lead the team to continuously develop new market applications
• Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
• Responsible for team members compliance with all company policy.

What we expect of you:

• Graduate from University with a minimum of bachelor degree major in Business, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English language, both written and spoken.
• Min 5 years experiences in technical or sales field in machinery.
• Previous experience in vacuum sales would be a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Management experiences is a plus.
• Ability to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goals.
• High integrity, initiative and Self-motivated,
