Job Description

  • Implementation of Safety strategy to ensure 0 accident and safety awareness improvement

实施安全战略,确保零事故,提高安全意识:

    1. Comply with the SHE regulations and operation procedures.

遵守SHE的规章制度和操作规程。

    1. Accept safety education and training, participate in risk assessment, report the potential risk in the specific operation, suggest that feasible protection measures. To study the content of the risk assessment, familiar with the operation risk, and implement the corresponding protective measures.

接受安全教育和培训,参与风险评估,报告具体操作中的潜在风险,提出可行的防护措施。学习风险评估的内容,熟悉操作风险,并实施相应的防护措施。

    1. Ensure all FSEs wear correct PPE according to the rules used correctly and properly keep all kinds of tools, equipment, fire equipment, etc.

确保所有服务工程师按照规定穿戴正确的个人防护用品,妥善保管各种工具、设备、消防器材等。

    1. Find that hazard or accident, timely report to manager.

发现危险或事故,及时向经理报告。

    1. Take an active part in SHE activities and puts forward reasonable Suggestions about SHE.

积极参与环保活动,提出合理的环保建议。

    1. Coordinate the safety risk reporting and summarize by company level, the solution discussion, follow up and continuous improvement.

协调公司层面的安全隐患和事故的汇报,讨论解决方案,后续跟进及不断提高。

 

  • Implementation of service strategy to achieve customer satisfaction:

实施服务策略,实现客户满意:

    1. Supervise the daily field service activities with our existing platforms (potal/Veasyplanner) and fields.

通过我们现有的平台(portal /Veasyplanner)和现场监督现场服务活动。

    1. Manage operations KPIs (Utilization/Service variance/Overtime/Travel ratio/External efficiency) actively to meet local criteria.

积极管理运营指标(利用率/服务差异/加班/差旅率/外部效率)以达到当地标准。

    1. Handle the local content of service jobs.

处理服务工作的本地内容。

    1. Handle customer complaints effectively and assist the customer in resolving difficult problems.

有效处理客户投诉,协助客户解决疑难问题。

 

  • Coach and support Service Engineers:

指导和支持服务工程师:

    1. Promote right from me and 1st time right culture in daily operation.

在日常运营中推广“从我做起”和“一次解决客户问题”文化。

    1. To instruct and guide the engineers in the course of their work to ensure they abide by the correct working methods, procedures and technical specifications/instructions.

指导和指导工程师在工作过程中,确保他们遵守正确的工作方法、程序和技术规范/说明。

    1. To organize regular meetings, coach FSEs safety awareness, increase service quality and service awareness.

定期组织会议,培训服务工程师的安全意识,提高服务质量和服务意识。

    1. To set up training schedules to develop engineers’ skills and capabilities in line with variant customer needs.

根据不同的客户需求,对服务工程师制定培训计划,从而发展他们的技术和能力。

    1. Ensure the FSE team has the required tools and parts associated with each schedule service request.

确保服务工程师团队拥有与每个计划服务请求相关的所需工具和部件。

 

  • Forward planning to balance operation utilization and FSE workload:

提前派工,平衡工时利用率和服务工程师的工作负载:

    1. Schedule technician workflow, monitor and record the progress of customer orders through to final completion and invoice.

安排技术人员的工作流程,监控并记录客户订单的进度,直至最终完成并开具发票。

    1. Answer customer telephone queries with respect to prices, services scheduled, invoices and to collate any other information required by the customer or the service team.

回答客户关于价格、服务计划、发票的电话询问,并整理客户或服务团队要求的任何其他信息。

    1. Investigate any problems and take appropriate action, including arranging the return of faulty items and arranging credit notes.

调查任何问题并采取适当的措施,包括安排退货和安排赊账。

    1. Responsible for actively planning scheduled service dates for the Field Service Engineer, including part ordering and gaining customer order numbers.

负责为现场服务工程师积极规划预定的服务日期,包括零件订购和获取客户订单号。

    1. Optimize the on-site personnel scheduling based on the urgency of the work and the distance from the customer's site, always prioritizing the improvement of work efficiency and the reasonable and legal arrangement of employee working hours.

按照工作轻重缓急和客户现场的距离,优化现场人员调度,始终把提高工作效率和员工工时安排合理合法放在重要位置。

 

What we expect of you:

-

  1. More than 5 years experience in vacuum equipments service or related equipment.

5年以上真空设备或相关设备维修经验。

  1. Full time College degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

全日制大专及以上学历,机械工程或相关专业。

  1. Good computer skills including Microsoft series.

良好的计算机操作能力,包括微软系列软件。

  1. Other requirements based on operations management.

其他基于运营管理的需求。
