Product Specialist/Manager - Oil-free & Air Treatment

Your role

As a Global Product/Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive the success of our products and brands by aligning them with customer needs and market opportunities. You will report to the [add hiring manager title] and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.

You will

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Oil-free & Air Treatment business.
• Define product strategy, roadmap and portfolio development plans to close market gaps and strengthen competitiveness.
• Identify market opportunities, target industries and key applications to drive business expansion.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze business results and drive growth initiatives.
• Support product positioning, pricing, promotion and market development activities.
• Coordinate daily product management activities, including order support, product updates and new product introductions.
• Prepare and maintain product, application and competitive sales tools and documentation.
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams, distributors and key customers.
• Deliver product, application and competitive training programs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop customer success stories and marketing content, while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing Communication and Product Companies to achieve business target.

Experience requirements

• 3 years or above working experience on relevent area.
• Experience in oil-free compressors, air treatment products or related industrial applications is preferred.

Knowledge

• Good technical understanding on mechanical and electrical system.
• Compressor knowledge is to be prefer.
• Good communication skill.
• Good skill on normal office softwares such Word, Excel, Power point, Adobe Acrobat and so on.
• Good command of English on reading, writing, speaking and listening.

Educational requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or related such as machinery, refrigerant, compressors and so on are preferred.
